Ms. Regine Rausch has 17 years of experience in property management and real estate service with emphasis on HOA administration as well as rental and commercial real estate. She is a certified real estate professional (IHK – German Chamber for Industry and Commerce).
She can assists you with her wealthy experience with the most difficult quetions and finds answer and solutions to challenges. She was trained as a office manager and studied business adminstration at the univeristy in Aachen Germany. She works well with the book-keeping software Datev and HVW-III. She participates regularily in seminars and continous education events. She is fluent in German, English and Italian.
Angelika Pohl

Ms. Angelika Pohl disposes of decade-long experience in the areas of HOA administration and accounting. She is a specialist in insurance questions. She works with insurance claims and processing for both community and individual property of the HOA. She coordinates the insurance regulator and consulting reports.
She works with accounting software Datev and HVW-III and is an expert user of the programs.
She participates in seminars and contnuing education.
Erwin Schütfort Hausverwalter (IHK)

Mr. Erwin Schütfort was bon in Bad Homburg v. d. H.. He studies at the Goethe University Frankfurt and received a scholarship to attend Oregon State University. He continued his higher eucation at OSU and received a M. Sc. degree. He became a faculty member at Oregon State Unversity with the academica rank of faculty reasearch assistant. He coducted research projects and international assignments in Australia, North America and Pacific Islands.
He became a registered REALTOR® in Texas and gathered experience as realtor and sales agent in El Paso, Texas with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate. Since his return to the Rhein-Main area, he has been engaged in commercial real estate property management and is a IHK certified property manager. He is a member of the German Society of Sustainable Buildings (DGNB) and the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM). He is fluent in German, English and French.
